In the unlikely event that your parcel does not arrive a refund will be issued after 14 days
RETURNS POLICY
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided items are unused & in resalable condition.
If a damaged or incorrect product is received, Stephen Cocker Cards Online will offer either exchange or full refund, including both inward and outward delivery costs (if applicable).
For all returns, it is recommend that the customer obtains a certificate of posting, as Stephen Cocker Cards Online cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Every effort is made to ensure that our website shows the true availability of stock. However, should an administrative error occur and an item ordered be out of stock, we will notify you by email to advise on a course of action. We should hopefully be able to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
Payments
We accept online payments through our shop checkout using Paypal and Stripe which accept most credit & debit cards. Payment in full must be received prior to dispatch of order. Orders will be acknowledged by email once complete.
Postage
We currently offer various delivery options throughout the UK priced per order. However, Second Class postage is free when ordering 8 cards or more.
We rely on Royal Mail for delivery if your parcel fails to arrive after 14 days from despatch we will offer a refund.
